Private Music Lessons
At Encore Experience in Amherst, we offer a variety of private music lessons for all students. Lessons are typically 30 - 45 minutes long, depending on the age of the student. For students taking multiple instruments, longer lessons are available. Click on our services below to learn more!

Choosing the Right Instrument
One of the most common questions we get is how to pick the right instrument! There can be many factors that go in to this decision, from a students age to their experience. The instructors at Encore Experience will help you find the right instrument for your student.

For our students with little hands, beginning with piano is a great starting point! We are able to recommend instruments, books, and suggest taking a 30-minute lesson for more fun and better focus and engagement.

Once students are reading sentences, voice, acting, musical theatre, and ukulele are great choices. Students will find success in translating musical symbols into the musical language of melodies and harmonies. We offer both 30-minute private and small group lessons (virtual workshops) for this age.

As students grow physically and mentally, the world of instruments opens up to them! We offer 30 to 60-minute lessons on guitar, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, french horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, bells, and percussion instruments.
